Order Processing & Shipping
- All Osuga orders are shipped within 1-2 days (except weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your package is sent out.
Note: An additional delay of up to 2 days on top of a regular shipping period should be expected. That is due to the variable time it takes to process and approve your order.

Shipping Details for the United States:
- Shipping Time: 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is completely free.
Shipping Details for Other Regions:
United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Malaysia, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Hungary, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Belgium, Georgia, Indonesia.
- Shipping Time: 7-15 business days (shipping time may be extended if customs inspections occur).
- Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is completely free.
* Notice: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure your package is delivered smoothly, please provide a valid street address.
Where is My Order?
You can always check your order's status by checking the delivery company's website using the tracking number we sent via email once the parcel is shipped. Don't worry. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email or phone.
For Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact Osuga at support@osuga.com before it has been shipped. Orders are shipped on the same day, so cancellation becomes challenging once processed.
If you are unable to cancel, you may consider declining the package upon delivery or following our return policy. Refunds typically take 2-4 business days, depending on your bank's transfer process.
For Returns:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, if you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Please check our return policy.
