Please note, due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products.

 

How can I return the purchase items?

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

1. To be eligible for a return, ensure that the items are unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@osuga.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and return address. 

3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for return if it’s not a product problem (arrived damaged or defective).We will pay the shipping costs if it’s a product problem. 

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

 

Received a Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out at support@osuga.com within 7 days of receiving the product, with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.

 

Exchange

We do not recommend exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original one for a refund.
