If you changed your mind about your purchase, it might be returned unopened within 30 days.

Please note:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, OSUGA cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened (unsealed), unless the product you received is deemed to be malfunctioning.

• Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges.

Anything needed, please contact support@osuga.com. To help with your problem soon, could you please email with your Order ID (#OSG-xxx) and the photograph/video about the product (box)? One of our teammates will assist you soon.

Absolutely Yes. All OSUGA parcels come in plain packaging without any logos, branded labels or product descriptions. Nobody will know what’s inside except you. It’s perfect, even if you live with housemates or snoopy neighbors. 

You can track your shipment by heading to our dedicated Tracking Page. Simply enter your 'Tracking Number' into the box and you can track your order. (Once the parcel has been labeled, the tracking number and order status will be sent to your email)

All orders are dispatched from the distribution center within 1-3 business days. It usually takes five days of shipment to get the parcel delivered, but be aware that this can vary depending on the country. 

Handling time: 1-3 business days

Shipping time:

North America: FBA US/CA: 2-5 days

Europe: 3-8 days

Rest: 7-21 days

Please note that we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions. 

•Free shipping is applied for most orders to get you the best possible service. For some areas, we will charge a flat low shipping fee.

• During COVID, this might be somewhat longer due to overloaded. 

• All orders arrive discreetly, no branded labels and descriptions.
