Order Processing & Shipping
All OSUGA orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder — it might be hiding there!
Special Exceptions
Please note that carriers will not deliver orders on holidays. We try to account for this when determining your anticipated delivery date. But we cannot account for unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping delays, and other potential issues.

Where is My Order?
You can always check your order's status by checking the delivery company's website using the tracking number we sent via email once the parcel is shipped. Don't worry. If delivery problems arise, we will contact you by email.
* The order has been shipped, but the logistics provider has not provided a waybill number or the logistics information has not been updated.
This situation is usually caused by the logistics provider's system not updating the logistics information in a timely manner. Osuga regularly checks whether the logistics of all in-transit orders have been updated. If there is no update for more than a week, we will confirm with the logistics provider whether there is any exception and notify the customer in a timely manner.
Package Missing
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check your shipping address, look for delivery notices, search around the delivery location, and ask household members or neighbors. Wait 48 hours, as packages may be scanned early.
If it’s still missing, we recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to complete a Help Request Form, then Submit a Missing Mail Search Reques — they’re usually prioritized and resolved the delivery issues more efficiently by recipient.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the information is sent to our shipping partner, it is difficult to stop the shipment and cancel the order. We will do our best to assist you with a cancellation, but it is difficult. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
If you are unable to cancel, you may consider declining the package upon delivery or following our return policy. Refunds typically take 2-4 business days, depending on your bank's transfer process.
How do I Return the Package?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, if you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Please check our return policy.
