So if you press one button it only turns on one of the motors, the clit one, and then increases the power. If you press the other button it turns on both motors and increases the power of them together. For me the clit motor is very strong, I like it on the first level but I can't handle it on the higher ones. But if I want to increase the level of the labia area motor I have to turn them both up. They could have just had one button work one motor and the other button work the other motor and you'd be able to do everything it does now plus have the option of putting them on different strengths. I wish they would be less prescriptive about how you're supposed to use it and just let you choose by yourself. It could let you activate the together option by doing multiple button presses or something. I ended up using it by flipping it around so the clit motor is on my labia and the other one is on my clit (it's more gentle) but it doesn't fit as well. It still feels good and the warming function is really nice though!

Our product does allow independent control of the two motors, but the operation might be different from other products you’ve used.
Instead of having separate buttons for each motor, we use a double-press function to switch between the clitoral and lower vulva areas—for example, if you want clitoral stimulation, you can press the Single Tapping Mode, and if you want to stimulate the lower area, you can double press the Single Tapping Mode to switch between the clitoral and lower tapping zones.Nonetheless, we appreciate your suggestion of using two buttons to control each of the two motor programs. Your comments will help us improve future designs to better accommodate different preferences. We are happy to hear that you still enjoy the heating feature and have found a way to make it work for you!
