I am very impressed with this product. It is much better quality than some cheaper toys out there, and worth the price. The out of box impression is first rate: it's a stylish reusable box with a magnetic lid closure, with the toy encased in nice high density foam. It felt like an iphone unboxing (Ha! Kudos to the brand). If the device doesn't immediately turn on, don't panic: there's a travel mode so the toy won't start vibrating in your luggage while you're going through customs, so I had to turn off travel mode by holding down both buttons for 15 sec, then it started working normally. There's one button for external vibration (multiple vibration pattern options), and a separate control button for internal vibration. Both motors are strong.
