After taking a shower, I tried it out. The front part is very comfortable, but I didn't feel much at the back, perhaps because I hadn't found the right spot. I only played with it for a short while in the bathroom, and it made my legs feel weak. If it's not tight, there's a slight sound, but it's not loud. Overall, I think it's quite good, and I think it would be comfortable to use while lying down.
