Any items purchased online may be returned within 30 days, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the product.
However, due to the nature of our products, and for hygienic reasons, items where the box has been opened or the seal of the box has been removed cannot be return.
After that, your item must be in the same condition as the item received, and it must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
